Frank Malcov is a driver featuring in FlatOut 2 and FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage. Frank has shoulder-length brown hair and green eyes. He wears a blue vest with the number 50 (also present on his Blaster XL and Nevada vehicles) over a red shirt, as well as faded grey jeans and brown shoes.
A once great driver from a previous era with too many crashes and collisions behind him. His behavior is erratic and age has dulled his skills.
Malcov is known for being one of the worst racers, but one of the best derby competitors, in FlatOut 2 and FlatOut: Ultimate Carnage, due to his erratic behavior combined with his slow and heavy vehicles featured in all classes.
In the Derby Class, Frank drives the Blaster XL. He is quite aggressive, but his actions often end up with him crashing into walls and rolling over. He can get up to respectable speeds on straightaways, but his vehicle's size leaves him at a disadvantage in corners. Although he's one of the worst racers, he is a real threat in demolition derbies due to his monstrous Blaster XL, although he can be vulnerable due to his size and his SUV's tendency to roll.
In the Race Class, Frank is very slow and struggles to catch up to the lead, making him a poor racer yet again. That said, his Nevada allows him to takes corners well, and he rarely gets wrecked due to the endurance of the vehicle; because of this, he is a threat in demolition derbies yet again, although his vehicle's size leaves him vulnerable to being hit.
In the Street Class, Frank is at his worst. He often loses control in his Crusader, even in straightaways. He also often gets wrecked due to his erratic behavior, as well as the fact that the Crusader isn't as durable as his Derby Class and Race Class vehicles. However, he is still a threat in demolition derbies, due to his Crusader having a significant weight and strength advantage over most other vehicles of its class.
